Danica graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Danica is part of the firm’s litigation and arbitration department. She has handled matters in the Supreme Court of Singapore and in arbitration proceedings in, amongst others, the following areas: contractual disputes, breaches of director’s fiduciary disputes, shareholders dispute, probate proceedings.

Some of the matters which Danica has been involved in include:

  • Assisted in successfully acting for the plaintiffs against an investment company and its director in a S$6 million contractual claim, involving the defences of illegality in contracts and unlicensed moneylending.
  • Assisted in successfully acting for a construction company in defence of High Court claim, involving issues relating to construction, law of agency and conspiracy.
  • Assisted in representing investors in a claim against a company for misrepresentation and for the same individuals in related defamation proceedings.
