Daniel graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Second Upper Division, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018.
Daniel is part of the firm’s litigation and arbitration department. He has handled matters before both the High Court and the State Courts of Singapore ranging from disputes over cross-border investment agreements to receivership proceedings.
He has handled various infrastructure, construction, and engineering disputes, including complex multi-million dollar claims where expert witnesses’ analysis on extension of time entitlements were considered.
Daniel is also well versed in adjudication proceedings under the Security of Payment Act.
