Marianne graduated from Singapore Management University in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.

She is part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department and has experience in commercial and corporate litigation.

  • Acted for the applicant in Section 216A proceedings and successfully resisted the respondent’s appeal against the decision granting leave to commence proceedings on behalf of the company against errant directors.
  • Assisted with the settlement of a dispute concerning the tort of passing off.
